Roger Krause focuses his practice upon injury litigation, including wrongful death, car collision, injuries to children, brain injury cases, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, bad faith litigation and business disputes. Mr. Krause earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, a master’s degree in psychology from Columbia University in New York, and his law degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta. While in law school, Mr. Krause was an active member of the prestigious Moot Court Board, and competed nationally. Mr. Krause also interned for the Honorable Marion T. Pope of the Georgia Court of Appeals. After law school, Mr. Krause worked for a large insurance defense firm defending injury lawsuits and bad faith insurance litigation. He then worked for a full service mid-size Atlanta firm. Thereafter, Roger Krause opened his own practice before joining with Jeff Golomb and Bob Witcher to form Krause Golomb & Witcher LLC.
